New Class starting on 27 July 2017
This class will be offered every Thursday 16h00-17h00, ideal for ages 7-18 years.
Dancers don’t only need technique but they are required to be strong and resilient. Dancers need to look after their bodies, strengthen their muscles however still keep their flexibility.
This class is specifically structured to cover the following elements:
Although you can look at only doing this class, it is recommended to take this class on top of the dance style you are pursuing.
Before the Body Conditioning class, be sure to come for the Dance Skills Development at 15h00.
