Belly Dancing

Learn the beautiful and feminine art of belly dance that encourages body positivity while enhancing fitness and core strength. Everything from divine hips, beautiful arms and stage expression are covered during the class. Also learn about the different oriental dance rhythms and fascinating subcultures.

    1When is the class?
    Every Wednesdays 19h30-20h30
    2Do I need any experience?
    No dance experience required, come join us for a class! The class is designed to accommodate both beginners and advanced dancers.
    3How long is the class?
    Normally 1 hour. We always strive for our group classes to have a large amount of people, but sometimes this is not always the case, because of this group classes will work as follows: 1 person – 30 mins 2-3 people – 45 mins 4 or more people – 1 hour
    4Can I watch a class?
    NO spectators are allowed to sit in at any of the classes. This rule there to minimise lesson disruptions and allows the students to focus on their class.
    5What should I wear for this class?
    Comfortable clothes that won't restrict movement like tank tops/active wear vests, t-shirt, yoga pants, loose tracksuit pants.
